About us

We are an Independent Baptist Church founded in 2002. We are committed to the authority and sufficiency of Scripture, and our mission is to glorify God and to Do Life Together as a family of Christ followers. We are devoted to growing in our love for God, our love for others, and faithfully living out the truths of His Word.

What to Expect

Mountain View is a multicultural congregation made up of people of all ages. Our worship is intentionally centred on the Word of God and the exaltation of our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ. We prioritise expositional preaching, congregational singing, fervent prayer, and loving fellowship. Our desire is to offer reverent worship with grateful hearts in response to all that God has done for us in Christ (Hebrews 12:28).

There is no dress code, and most come dressed smart casually. The service typically lasts close to an hour and a half after which we have a time of fellowship over tea and coffee.
